  2. Who are your competitors? What are they doing that potentially is stronger on their website? Create a venn diagram that will lead to part of the strategy.
  3. What are the opportunities on the website that need UX or content strategy help? Are there any technical SEO needs. Technical SEO fundamentals are critical for showing up for AI results.

These 3 things cover the strategy then the last part is the timeline of when we can get things done. SEO tends to take a fair bit of time but we have flexible contracts from 4 months, 6 months to a year with custom monthly reports.
